Galactic Council Member Species

Members of the Second Galactic Council – (Kermac Thrall [1] Species)

The Kermac using both conventional (Military Force) and Psionic means to bring other Civilizations under their Control.

Civilizations that resist inside their sphere of influence are either enslaved or exterminated.

There are over 120 known Thrall Civilizations, many of which have had no contact with the Union at all. It is the Mission of the NAVINT Section 999 to catalog and classify Thrall Species.

The Kermac, more than disappointed that the First Galactic Council did not accept them as unquestioned leaders and that it fell apart (and gave birth to the Union) re-organized the Second Galactic Council with an Iron hand and all members of the Galactic Council serve the Kermac.

There are a few that do it on their own free Will such as the Roxomani.

[1] Thrall (Old Norse þræll) was the term for a serf or unfree servant in Scandinavian culture during the Viking Age. Thralls were the lowest in the social order and usually provided unskilled labor during the Viking era

[2] Only a few Siucra survived the Union Onslaught and the Survivors are hunted with determined viciousness by Tinkeheel Hunters.

[3] The Homlin are the only Galactic Council Member other than the Kermac that are considered to be fully TL 8. The Homlin are very secretive and little is known about this recent GC addition.
