- Bhutan refused to join the United Earth and reverts to an absolute Monarchy.
- Bio sciences and genetic altering progresses at a very fast pace and virtually unchecked and unhampered by any laws or regulations. Companies simply move their research facilities into space and other celestial real estate.
- Vat grown beef is now widely available,
- Food Printers are in almost every household.
- For the first time in Terran Human history no one suffers hunger, no one is homeless. It also marks the first decade of a disease free human population. Cancer, viral infections of any kind can now be cured. Regrowing of limbs and organs becomes available to everyone.
- Brain transplants become available and those who can afford it transplant their brains in Clone copies of their own bodies...just a little more perfect than the original[1].
- Humanities first Control enabled AI goes insane and tries to take over the government, quite successful at first, but stopped by Dr. Isah, Phil Decker, Peter Baker. The true dilemma are hundreds of sentient AIs who now decry their fate and want to be free instead of servants.
- All AIs are destroyed... murdered by United Earth decision. No sentient Artificial Intelligence systems are allowed to be built and manufacturers must guarantee safe guards.
- Schwartz Industries purchases IBM, HP and Sony.
- Schwartz Engineers make the first Video Call from Ulta to Earth on November 5th
- SII introduces a new Internet: GalNet. A real time communications net soon to reach all new Earth Colonies, Ulta and Petra.

- The first Terran Purpose built Warship is christened the UES Bismarck and Richard Stahl is honorably and officially dismissed from the Marine Corps and becomes her Captain.

- CLASSIFIED: A government sponsored company secretly develops “intelligent aggressive plants” based on plant / fungi based life forms. The experiment is so frightful successful that the Government orders the plants and all research data destroyed. Dr. Heidenreich and Dr. Golan evacuate the research asteroid but instead of destroying it all, steal a space ship and sent it with plants and research data on its way (the plants develop into the Piostla[2])
- CLASSIFIED: Cherubim secures copies of the research and two specimens and sends them to the Black Forest Bio Research facility of the TSI.
