Naval slang term for Command and Control.

It is the equvalent to a bridge on a base or other non mobile Navy installation. Marines use the same term while the Army calls such a place "Command Central"

Navy term : Ceeandcee

Marines : Brass Box

Navy regulations require the C&C to be manned at all time while the command station is under active Navy control. The watch times are the same as on a Navy ship bridge and there is aways an Officer of the Watch who is in charge. Unlike on a ship there is no Captain, station commanders do not have the same almost unlimited command rights as a Union ship CO.

In very large Navy Installations there is also a Watch Desk or Watch Office.
