Many believe that the USS Devastator is of Seenian Origin and thus Centron its cybertronic brain as well. However the Devastator is not really Seenian and Centron is more akin to Mothermachine than Seenian Technology. Experts believe that Centron and Mothermachine were made by the same Civilization only known as the Makers. Centron is sentient and considered to be a Super Intelligence. Unlike other Ship AI systems, Centron often acts on its own, but always and without exception in line with Union Laws and Fleet regulations. Centron will, however, break any rule and any law if Richard Stahl tells it. Centron is utmostly loyal to Richard Stahl first and to the Union second.
