Csee
TL 5 Trade Relation (to the Golden of NGC 185 )
To describe the Csee, the words: repulsive, dishonest, obnoxious and annoying are indeed fitting. They rule over about 40 star systems in the NGC 185 dwarf galaxy and maintain trade relations with the Golden there.
Csee traders were present when the Welcome Wagon arrived.
Immediately there were reports of theft and spying attempts carried out by the Csee.
A delegation of the Csee requested to be heard by the Assembly.
The Csee demanded immediate membership and the dissolution of the Assembly replaced by Csee rule. The delegation was stealing and defecating right in the Assembly.
They were arrested, stripped of their loot and transported back.
The Csee having seen the power and might of the Union did not declare war and declared to "behave" in order to maintain their trade post on theGolden Bazaar.
The Csee are restricted from entering the "Union parts" of the Bazaar and may not enter the system with armed ships. They tried once and realized that this was a bad idea after an encounter with Wolfcraft fighters.
The Csee are not very popular with any other known species in that dwarf galaxy. They often bully technologically inferior species and steal resources.
Their traders rent a trade post in the Bazaar and offer mostly stolen goods. They are eager to buy tech from other civilizations (or liberate it in other ways if they can).
They always appear in groups of at least three individuals.
Not much is known about their society or biology, but there are some insectoid aspects.
