Sarina is the first born daughter of a high ranking Thauran noble (Duke Seger Sobur ) of the House Sobur .
She has always been a free spirit and did not believe in Thauran superiority by being noble and Thauran. She wanted to proof to herself that she was superior by merrit and achievement.
She signed up with the Union Spatial Fleet and entered Fleet Academy with excellent school grades.
She became a linguistics and communications expert, but her rebelious character always got her in trouble, especially with her family and other Thaurans.
She was noticed by Admiral Stokes who recommended her to Admiral Stahl .
Subsequently she was hand picked to become a crew member of the USS Tigershark .
She remained with the Tigershark during all the years and retired from the Navy after the Tigershark crew went their different ways.
