Field Assistant
A Field Assistant is a Union Citizen that completed the 22 months Union Committment Service . Upon completion the citizen decides to make a career within the Science Corps . Branch and Field of Science are determined and decided upon.
The individual will now be placed in an appropiate school, academy, etc to further study. While the Rank is called Field Assistant, much time is spend in school. The individual receives full pay during this time.
The Rank is also given to Technicians, Support personnel permanently with the Science Corps. (these kind of personnel can rise up to Fellow and then receive seniority upgrades to pay.
Paygrade is SCI-E 03 - Union Credits: 1400 /mo base + benefits
