Sam, I again tried to create a linked file. It (New Age) linked nicely to the original file. The new file redirected to another page, which did not connect, as it did not show the other page as having been created. I also saw the following message at the bottom of thenew page, which message is way beyond me. Can you explain to mewhat I need to do to fix this, or an easier way to do this or is the whole idea just bewyond me?
This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below.
Hi, Harry, if you mean inserting a signature, you should enter four tildes, ~~~~, which will expand into your name and date.
I see you created an article First Age, which redirects to First Age of Reason; but the latter page does not exist. I am not sure about the error message, but it sounds like you may have clicked on "Facts about ..." link at the bottom.
If you still have the data you wanted to put into "First Age of Reason", you should try entering it again (click "Edit" and type/paste it in). Please let me know what happens. Samuelmichaels (talk) 17:15, February 3, 2013 (UTC)
I was actually editing Saresii Colonies and modified the order of the paragraphs in that article. There was an existing link to 'First Age of Reason that VR had made. I created a link to 'First Age' that worked, and I wanted 'First Age' to redirect to the existing 'First Age of Reason' page. The redirect was what did not work. However, I just checked it out and id is now working, so again, I have to be more patient and wait for the servers to all be updated, or did you do something to the First Age file?
