Security Clearance

The United Stars Military and Government has developed a color coded Classification System. The System allows to Classify information, access levels and authorization levels.

Security Clearance Levels

Confidential

1. Blue - Lowest level.
2. Green.

Secret

1. Blue-Blue
2. Green-Green

Top Secret

1. Blue-Blue-Blue - Minimum level required to work on Translocator Cannons.
2. Blue-Blue-Green.
3. Blue-Blue-Red - Second Highest level - Only about 1% of union officers are cleared to this level.
4. Red-Red-Red - Highest level - only members of the Inner Chamber of the Assembly Intelligence Council (The Gray Ghosts), and the Admiral of the Fleet have access to Red-Red-Red material.

Note: Blue-Blue-Blue is the lowest level where the existance of the security clearance level itself is not classified.

Security Clearance Protocols

Each Classification level has a corresponding identification “protocol” defining what steps have to be performed in order to verify that a given individual is in fact who they claim they are. While the actual steps are common to many levels the acceptable margin of error is reduced for higher levels.

Protocols for the Classified Levels

The Blue and Green protocols only include three processes:

1. Biometric ( various verification data of distinguishable physical observations,including DNA.)
2. Bio electric (Neural and Bio electric signatures and patterns)
3. Psi-Wave (Psionic pattern verification)

Protocols for the Secret Levels.

The Blue-Blue and Green-Green levels includes six steps:

1. Biometric ( various verification data of distinguishable physical observations,including DNA.)
2. Physio Pattern (verification of movement and behavior patterns)
   
3. Bio electric (Neural and Bio electric signatures and patterns)
   
4. Psi-Wave (Psionic pattern verification)
   
5. Psycho-Poli test ( Polio-graph, Psycho patterns to verify individual is not forced or in emotional stress.)
   
6. Key (A key individual to the user that can only be used by the authorized individuals.)

Protocols for the Top Secret Levels.

Blue-Blue-Blue and above security classes verify an individual's identity via a seven step process.

1. Biometric ( various verification data of distinguishable physical observations,including DNA.)
2. Physio Pattern (verification of movement and behavior patterns)
3. Bio electric (Neural and Bio electric signatures and patterns)
4. Psi-Wave (Psionic pattern verification)
5. Psycho-Poli test ( Polio-graph, Psycho patterns to verify individual is not forced or in emotional stress.)
6. Day Code (a Cypher issued daily.)
7. Key (A key individual to the user that can only be used by the authorized individuals.)

Only Type A-SECSPEC passed A.I systems and Computronics are able to process Blue-Blue-Blue or higher Protocols.
