General Term used by all civilizations of the Upward sector of the Milky Way Galaxy. This galacto political term describes anything concerning the four biggest and most powerful nations:
1. United Stars of the Galaxies (Union) 2. Galactic Council (Kermac) 3. The Nul (Nul Nul) 4. Shiss
The Free Space Treaty is the most famous event and document that mentions this term officially.
It is no longer a valid term since the Nul are now Union Members
