Third Planet in the Rabaah System. World of Origin of the Nogoll.
The Planet is a Class A4 Garden world that once had an abundance of Flora and Fauna, but millennia of abuse by a highly technological society left its marks. The Planet was has large areas of heavy industrial pollution. After the short but violent Union - Nogoll war of 5017 caused further planetary damage. The Nogoll society became a Union member society. The Black Nogoll have left the planet and resettled 400,000 light years away in the Fornax Cluster. The Nog population has reduced basically over night from 6 billion to 120 Million White Nogoll.
The new Nogoll Planetary representative for the Nog successfully obtained a Grant from the Linda Schwartz Foundation and additional Federal assistance was secured for planet wide restoration, which is currently under way.
The current government is an elected parliament, with a Speaker of the Nog acting as a Chancellor.
All manufacturing plants have been shut down and ninety percent of the planets population working at the restoration project. While modern industries are established.
