Union Shiss is the term used to describe the Shiss that are either Union Citizens or Proto Citizens.
The vast majority of Union Shiss are descendents of the members of the 32 Purple Throat Colonies that had rebelled against the Shiss Empire and petitioned to join the Union.[1]
